About Us
10x Team connects top independent professionals with cutting-edge AI labs to accelerate progress in artificial intelligence. We are seeking EU or UK-based CTOs and senior technology experts to train and refine AI systems on executive technology leadership, product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and refine AI-generated content relating to executive technology management, technical strategy, and digital transformation
Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI suggestions on technology vision, team structure, and business alignment
Create real-world scenarios and case studies based on your CTO or senior tech leadership experience
Generate scenario variations that reflect best practices, forward-thinking tech strategies, and industry standards
Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities in AI-generated content, providing actionable, structured feedback to boost accuracy
Guide AI systems to better understand and apply key CTO-level decision-making and technology leadership concepts
About You
Experienced CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge in tech strategy, digital transformation, and executive decision-making
Based in the EU or UK
Skilled in technical leadership, organizational design, product development, and innovation management
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear, constructive feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:
1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.
2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
