What We’re Looking For:
Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Schedule: Part Time: 2-3 shifts per week or Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week
