What We’re Looking For:

The Sr. Placement Coordinator will be assigned on a department level to complete administrative, operational and placement outreach tasks required to secure appropriate placements for enrolled students. The Sr. Placement Coordinator will assist department leadership and sometimes individual teams of Placement Specialists in data entry, database management, student form collection and verification, site network expansion and initial prospecting in order to assure timely and accurate placement operations.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage all aspects of data entry related to clinical placement operations, including relocation forms, referral forms, Agency Qualification Forms and additional documents required for clinical training. (40%)
  • Research new site partners and enter site and supervisor information into CRM database. Conduct initial outreach to prospective new host sites for intern and forward site leads to Placement Specialists for vetting and student match. (30%)
  • Salesforce clean up. Help organize agency networks. Delete multiple sites. Create agency contacts for sites. Ensure information is up to date. (20%)
  • Coordinate with Contracts Team to assure that required affiliations have been received from sites and appropriately processed via CRM database. (10%)
  • Assisting VP/Directors/Managers with weekly or quarterly metric audits for their team members.
  • Participating in new program accreditation and current program re-accreditation.
  • Creates projects to enhance and improve placement's work progress.
  • Contributes VP/Directors with partner and internal presentations.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 2 years in placement coordinator role or equivalent professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated skills level and above understanding of business operations
  • Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
  • Well-developed sense of discretion regarding access to sensitive information
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change
  • Advanced time management and prioritization skills

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

  • Expert in Salesforce, Microsoft suite, Google suite
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability/Comfort with communication channels like Slack

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($46,900.00 - $57,100.00), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
