We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and incubation of innovative products and solutions within our Innovation Product Development organization.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully transitioned from a strong software engineering foundation and possesses a passion for building next-generation products, platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
This role is best suited for professionals who began their careers as Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Architects, or Engineering Managers and have evolved into Engineering Manager or Product Delivery leadership roles.
The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between product vision, technical architecture, and engineering execution, collaborating closely with product, AI, data, and cloud engineering teams to transform ideas into scalable business solutions.
