About the role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the APAC region, leveraging advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of APAC talent markets, a proven ability to hire across diverse functions, and expertise in managing a data‑driven, end‑to‑end recruitment process. This role requires a collaborative, strategic partner who excels in stakeholder alignment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across India and the broader APAC region using Greenhouse ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview workflows, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business objectives across technical and non‑technical functions.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, talent mapping, job boards, referrals, and market insights to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for priority and high‑growth roles across multiple APAC markets.
