Position Summary
The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Operations will play a key role in preparing Acadia Pharmaceuticals Germany for the successful launch of a new rare disease product for Rett syndrome. This role will support commercial strategy, launch readiness, cross-functional execution, and performance tracking to identify, implement, and measure business opportunities in the German market.
Primary Responsibilities
Education/Experience/Skills
Master’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or a relevant field required. The ideal candidate will bring a proven commercial track record in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5–7 years of experience in a specialty indication, such as neuroscience. Experience in a rare disease care environment is a clear advantage.

Position Salary Levels:
Senior Manager, Commercial Operations: €98,000 - €122,900
Associate Director, Commercial Operations: €111,000 - €138,400
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
