As the Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives for a high-impact client, with a focus on recruitment marketing, branding, and elevating brand awareness. You will oversee the strategic direction and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and key performance indicators. Your role will require close collaboration with media, creative, and technology teams to deliver a unified brand experience across multiple channels. You will also play a pivotal part in supporting clients during production shoots, ensuring that all communications and deliverables are executed seamlessly. To excel in this position, familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, content management systems, and project management tools will be highly advantageous.
