THE ROLE

AG1 partners with some of the world's most trusted voices — elite athletes, sports organisations, and leading podcasters. Getting the most from those relationships isn't just about reach; it's about showing up with creative that converts. This role exists to make that happen. As Manager, Creative Strategist Partnerships - Australia you'll sit within the partnerships team and lead the creative vision for our partner and creator programme — translating partnerships agreements into compelling, high-performing content across the full funnel. You'll work closely with performance marketing to ensure everything you build is tested, iterated, and optimised. You'll work across paid and organic, covering talent shoots, EDMs, social content, YouTube, and podcast placements. You bring both the strategic thinking and the craft to turn brand partnerships into measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead creative concept development for all partner shoots — producing shoot briefs, mood boards, and art direction guidance for both paid and organic content across
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure creative is optimised for paid distribution and feeds into ongoing testing frameworks
  • Track and review creative performance data to inform future briefs and iterate on what's working
  • Write monthly creator briefs for paid media activations ensuring messaging is on-brand, conversion-focused, and aligned to the media plan
  • Develop YouTube-specific creative briefs that account for platform formats, audience intent, and integration placement (host-read vs. produced)
  • Own the creative output for key sponsorship properties — currently Thredbo and the Wallabies — including EDMs, social content, and digital assets from concept through to delivery
  • Write podcast briefs , including host talking points, product messaging hierarchies, and call-to-action guidance
  • Provide on-the-ground production support where required, including coordination with local production teams and partner-side content teams
  • Maintain a consistent AG1 brand voice and visual identity across all partner touchpoints, adapting to each partner's audience and tone
