The Role
Our Application Engineering team is where the AiDASH platform meets the real-world needs of enterprise customers. We take the core product and tailor it to each customer’s workflows, systems, and data – building extensions on top of core product APIs, integrations with customer and partner systems, and bespoke capabilities that large utilities (especially Investor-Owned Utilities) depend on. It is hands-on, customer-facing engineering with direct, measurable impact.
As a software engineer III, you will bring deep full-stack expertise and a strong sense of ownership to high-impact, customer-facing work. With a roster of integrations on the near-term horizon, you will lead the design and delivery of complex solutions that bridge the gap between our core product and the specific demands of the market, mentor other engineers, and act as a technical authority within the team. You will work closely with customers and partners to translate ambiguous requirements into production-grade software.
