Your Impact

As the Associate Commercial Director, Japan based in our HQ in Tokyo, you will report to the Regional Associate Director and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:

• You will participate with senior management to establish the strategic commercial plan and objectives for the Japan region and effectively cascade the strategy and policies
• As the commercial business partner, you will provide leadership, guidance, and advice to support the delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data centre developments
• You will resolve complex commercial issues across the region, ensuring a high level of governance and risk management
• You will negotiate complex contracts, including the development and management of all contractual strategy and documentation
• Manage and develop and a team of commercial professionals across the Japan region.
