A Snapshot

As Building Services Manager reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with the rest of the Data Centre Operations team, making an impact in a number of ways:

• Responsibility for contract management of all soft services, Fire maintenance and building fire system compliance and overall site presentation.
• Direct people leadership for the Site Security Manager, overseeing physical security operations and compliance across the site.
• Owns non-critical building assets, facilities vendors and building compliance outcomes; maintains overall site security posture through governance and vendor management.
