A Snapshot

As a Pre-Construction Manager (PCM) reporting to the Vice President, Development, you will work closely with the rest of the Development team, making your mark in a number of ways:

• Responsible for the planning and pre-construction activities of our developments, from new builds in new regions, to fit outs of our existing facilities, ensuring efficient safety, quality, time, and cost outcomes are achieved, providing guidance in buildability, scheduling, and safety in design
• Supporting the development of process, standards, and specifications for project delivery, and developing and driving strategies to expand our data centre portfolio across APAC
