About the Role
As a Managed Services Specialist, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will help home and community care organizations protect their revenue and stay compliant so they can focus more time on delivering quality care. You will sit within our Customer Success organization and partner closely with our Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams to guide customers through complex Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), billing, and payer requirements.
You will lead EVV activations and certifications, support high-stakes billing and compliance initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to both operational and implementation-phase customers. Operating in a highly regulated Medicaid and EVV environment, you will translate evolving regulations and payer rules into practical workflows and configurations that drive accurate billing and revenue realization. If you are energized by solving complex RCM challenges and turning regulatory requirements into smooth customer experiences, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead EVV activations and certifications for new and existing customers so they meet payer and aggregator compliance requirements.
Validate complex customer requirements and configurations to support accurate billing and EVV compliance across diverse payer programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to achieve revenue cycle performance goals through effective EVV, billing, and operational processes.
Investigate and resolve complex EVV, billing, and revenue cycle issues in collaboration with customers, aggregators, and internal teams.
Support and stabilize high-priority customer escalations related to EVV, billing, compliance, and revenue cycle workflows.
Research and track state-specific EVV regulations, payer requirements, and industry trends to keep customers and internal teams ready for change.
Support configuration validation, testing, user training, and go-live activities for EVV and billing workflows to ensure successful customer launches.
Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that improve internal enablement and customer self-sufficiency.
Deliver training and enablement sessions for customers and internal stakeholders on EVV, billing workflows, compliance requirements, and RCM best practices.
Collaborate with Product teams to identify enhancement opportunities, influence roadmap priorities, and validate fixes related to EVV and revenue cycle functionality.
Use AI tools responsibly to streamline repetitive work, improve quality, and share learnings that elevate how the team operates.
