About the team

Alloy is a leading provider of digital identity management, helping innovative FinTech companies and banks manage KYC, AML, and other components of client onboarding. Our single API enables clients to access 50+ third-party data sources in real time to improve decision-making and streamline client experiences.

As Alloy grows, we’re scaling our Channel Technical Solutions team to deliver strategic technical partnership at every stage of the client lifecycle. This role is for a Senior Technical Success Manager focused on Partnerships – someone who can own the technical relationship with Alloy’s key integration partners, scope and solution technical use cases, and act as a proactive partner ensuring joint clients adopt and optimize Alloy through those partnerships.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Technical Success Manager, you will be a proactive, strategic technical partner for clients, bridging the gap between Alloy’s technical depth and client outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with Partnership Account Managers (PAMs), Product, and Engineering to ensure clients maximize the long-term value of Alloy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Enablement & Technical Advisory – Serve as the primary technical resource for Alloy partners, enabling them to independently implement, support, and optimize Alloy solutions through training, guidance, documentation, and ongoing technical consultation.
  • Partner Implementation Strategy – Partner with Implementation Managers and partner teams to design and execute complex partner-led implementations, providing architectural guidance, identifying reusable patterns, and reducing implementation complexity over time.
  • Program Scalability & Standardization – Identify opportunities to standardize recurring implementation and support motions, transforming bespoke partner requirements into repeatable frameworks, best practices, and scalable operating models.
  • Technical Partnership Management – Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, proactively identifying technical risks, adoption opportunities, and areas for deeper alignment with Alloy's product roadmap and implementation best practices.
  • Implementation Optimization – Analyze implementation trends across the partner ecosystem and drive recommendations that improve efficiency, consistency, and time-to-value for partner-delivered implementations.
  • Partner Readiness & Adoption – Develop and deliver technical enablement programs, implementation playbooks, and other resources that increase partner self-sufficiency and expand the ecosystem's ability to successfully deliver Alloy solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Channel Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to advocate for partner needs, improve implementation experiences, and influence the development of scalable platform capabilities.
  • Thought Leadership – Stay current on Alloy's platform capabilities, implementation patterns, and industry best practices, translating those insights into actionable guidance for partners and internal stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines technical depth with strong client-facing skills and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
