Anaplan is hiring a Delivery Assurance Architect. It is a business-critical position within our professional services function to be part of the Delivery Assurance & Enablement team, supporting an offering that compliments Anaplan and partners to ensure the successful implementation of the Anaplan Platform, products, and applications for our customers. Specifically, you will drive, support, and execute the Delivery Assurance motion for the Americas to help facilitate zero-troubled deployments of the Anaplan solution.
You’ll operate as someone who is not afraid to advise a customer, partner, and/or your team members on best practices for success. It means you need to take all your experience in business process, technology, and customer management and combine them to guide and lead the customer, partners, and your team members, to an appropriate solution and outcome; at times this will require the need to re-direct a customer or team member in the most thoughtful way possible in order for them to have a smooth first implementation and solid foundation for the future.
You will be required to support the execution and maintenance of Delivery Assurance KPIs among the team and in partnership with other leaders within the Americas, to ensure consistent customer outcomes, maintain delivery quality, and meet business objectives. Major KPIs include:
