ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril's Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril's portfolio to regional customers. The Middle East team delivers Anduril's core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market. As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities. The Business Development (BD) team is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with the broader division team, to include engineering and program management, to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to client needs.
ABOUT THE JOB
Business Development (BD) leads within the Middle East team are responsible for identifying, shaping and capturing opportunities to grow revenue for the region. BD leads serve as the bridge between prospects/clients and the broader team, conveying customer needs to the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that Anduril products consistently meet or exceed user expectations and mission demands. The Middle East team is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join as an Associate Director of Business Development. This person will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing business development opportunities with international partners across the Middle East region.
