About the right team member
We’re looking for a seasoned Sr. PM to drive our Gym vertical. As PM for Gym, you'll own the full product strategy for one of the most ambitious bets in our New Verticals organization. That means 0→1 product work, business model discovery, and building for both sides of a marketplace: gym-goers who want seamless access, and gym operators who need a genuine growth partner. By the end of year one, you'll have shipped meaningful product to both sides of the marketplace, have early signals on PMF, and be able to articulate a clear thesis for where our Gym product goes next.

The goal of Playlist's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $130,000 to $185,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
