Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team as the Enterprise GM's Chief of Staff, operating across functional teams to drive company-wide strategic alignment and transformation. This role acts as a company-level thought partner, leading cross-functional initiatives, synthesizing insights across functions, and ensuring that Coursera’s long-term priorities are executed cohesively across the organization.

The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in shaping those systems, enabling the company to operate with clarity, consistency, and foresight. The Chief of Staff operates with broad executive trust and crucially balances strategic foresight with the operational clarity needed to execute at scale.
