Dataiku is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to help bring our customer success stories to life and amplify the voice of our Global 2000 customers across the market. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing compelling customer content, managing advocacy initiatives, and activating customer proof points across marketing, sales, analyst relations, and corporate communications programs.
This role is focused on execution, content development, and program support within an established customer marketing strategy.
You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to develop customer stories and marketing content for use across campaigns, sales, and communications.
Success in this role requires equal parts content creator, customer advocate, and marketing program operator—someone who can not only develop great stories but also ensure those stories are activated across the business to drive measurable impact.
