About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Insider Trust Program protects Robinhood by identifying, investigating, and mitigating insider risk across the organization. We combine investigative expertise, behavioral analysis, technical security, and AI-powered capabilities to safeguard our people, customers and business. We are building the next generation operating model for Insider Risk - one that combines exceptional security professionals with AI-powered capabilities to expand human capacity, accelerate decision-making, and continuously improve how we identify, investigate, and mitigate insider risk. Our specialists leverage AI to automate repetitive work and surface meaningful insights, enabling them to focus on the complex problems that require human judgment, creativity, and experience.
As an Insider Risk Specialist, you will investigate complex insider risk matters, conduct risk assessments, identify emerging threats, and help protect Robinhood from internal risks. You’ll combine investigative tradecraft, behavioral analysis, technical telemetry, and AI-assisted workflows to rapidly assess risk and drive informed security decisions.
