About the role:
We are seeking a professional to drive the acquisition of incremental US MM+ accounts in order to maintain a stable yield per account. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying additional accounts not currently in SFDC, utilizing advanced analytics and AI tools to scale account identification while ensuring quality.
This a hybrid role open to candidates residing in the Mexico City, requiring 2 days at the CDMX Office.

In this role, you will:
Data Cleaning and Validation
- Lead Accuracy: Regularly clean and validate database leads for accuracy.
- Standardized Procedures: Implement standardized procedures, including Duplicate Check, for data integrity.
Salesforce Account Mapping
- Account Validation: Validate the accounts with quality by assigning the correct DVS for each scenario.
Identifying Workable Accounts and Potential Hot Leads
- Talk Track Execution: Ask the right questions for each industry type using the talk track to be more efficient in finding workable accounts.
- Hot Lead Mapping: If, when validating the account, an interested person is found, map it as a hot lead for immediate assignment.
Leadership Collaboration
- Cohort Feedback: Continuously provide feedback on what is being found with the different cohorts so that they can refine the lead search.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Outbound Analysis: Scan leads for potential accounts and conduct constant analysis for outbound engagement.
- Account Allocation: Collaborate with leadership to allocate accounts effectively.
Continuous Improvement
- Best Practices: Maintain best practices and utilize data management tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Effectively managing data validation, Salesforce mapping, and supporting across segments, the Data Validation Specialist drives success and efficiency within the organization.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or sales development role, with experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), particularly in account mapping, data cleaning, and administration.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with leadership or sales teams.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience using advanced analytics or AI-powered tools for lead generation and account identification.
- Willingness to collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
- Excitement about solving new problems in innovative ways
