The Assistant Asset Protection Manager (AAPM) champions the facility’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Crisis Management and Asset Protection (CMAP) programs, while also supporting global EHS initiatives and strategic design. The AAPM helps implement strategic policies that prioritize a deeply safe work environment, safeguard team members, secure assets, and mitigate shrink, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and site
leadership to drive these key deliverables.

What you’ll do

  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS): Act as the primary on-site resource and subject matter expert for local EHS knowledge and operational execution. Manage and execute comprehensive facility EHS programs, conduct rigorous safety audits, lead daily health and safety operations, and ensure strict compliance with established occupational safety standards. Additionally, provide strategic design input and actively support broader global EHS initiatives across the network.
  • Program & Policy Management: Coordinate or support the development, revision, and enforcement of CMAP Policies and Standards. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Investigations: Coordinate, support, and report on complex multi-jurisdictional CMAP investigations, including shrink, physical theft, financial crimes, workplace misconduct, and background investigations.
  • Operations & Technology: Manage third-party Security Officers, ensuring proper resource allocation and Post Order compliance. Manage or assist with CMAP technology projects, including CCTV, access control, company credential management, intrusion, and CCTV analytics.
  • Threat Assessment & Protection: Conduct threat assessments and basic security analysis to manage and mitigate critical incidents, including threatening behaviors and personnel welfare concerns. Coordinate and oversee periodic event security and executive protection operations as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with regional support verticals, the core StockX Operations Team, host country law enforcement agencies, and international organizations.

About you

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant environmental health and safety (EHS), asset protection, loss prevention, fraud, or security experience (Law Enforcement or Military experience may substitute).
  • Experience supporting or contributing to multi-site or global EHS initiatives is highlypreferred.
  • Robust EHS knowledge, with the ability to act as the primary on-site safety resource and provide strategic input for both facility and global EHS initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional behavior and strict confidentiality under adverse conditions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Asset Protection techniques to provide subordinate and stakeholder guidance, alongside an understanding of host country criminal and civil laws.
  • Knowledge of security systems: CCTV, Access/Card Control, and Alarm Systems. Familiarity with StockX, E-commerce, or Supply Chain environments is preferred.
  • Wicklander-Zulawski Interview Techniques or SixSigma Process Improvement Certifications are preferred.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork, frequent stakeholder interaction (including cross-functional business partners, law enforcement agencies, vendors, and customers), and the flexibility to learn and remember complex processes.
  • Make periodic local-level business decisions guided by CMAP policies and team discussions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slides for data analysis and presentations.
  • Experience with Security Technology project management (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Software).
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Investigative Case Management Software, and Task/Project Management Tools.
